Knitted Needle Case

A simple to do way to make cases for your knitting needles.

What you need

Any size needles
Any yarn
Needle for sewing up edge



Instructions

Cast On 20 stitches,and knit your favorite stitch until your bag is 3 inches longer than your longest needle.Bind/Cast Off.

Belt Loops:Cast on 8 stitches and knit for 1 1/2 inches. Bind/Cast Off.

Variations: Cast on more stitches to make the bag wide enough to house large circular needles

  2. i making something exactly like this except its more rectangular and the flap is going to be bigger then the holder for it :) i like this idea!

  4. cool project! i know this is off the subject but i cant find anyone to start a knitting group with. i am 13 and i cant find anyone my age to knit with.

    Here’s my solution to this one: Put your needles in pointed side up or sew in a liner 1/4 the way up on the inside b4 you stitch up the bag. Need help: aileen_clifford@hotmail.com =)
