Bath Bomb – Goats Milk

Bath Bomb – Goats Milk

A simple recipe to make 7 medium sized bath bombs using goat's milk.

What you need

1 1/4 cups of Baking soda or Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 cup of Citric acid
2 tsp of Almond Oil or Apricot kernel oil
1/2 tbs of Water
1/4 cup of powdered goats milk
10-15 drops of Musk or Vanilla fragrance oil or essential oil

Combine the dry ingredients in bowl and stir until well mixed. Next drizzle in the almond oil and stir until mixture is moistened. Add more oil and fragrance and stir until well mixed.

Then add the water.

If mixture is crumbly then add more oil or a dash of water. Roll the mixture into a ball using your hands or press it into a lightly oiled mold, such as a bath bomb mold or a chocolate mold. Let it slip out from the mold.

Put the ball/shape on a sheet of wax paper and leave it to dry till it is hard. It may take several days.

Use 1 bomb per bath.

Cherryforever sent us a photo of her bath bomb mold which was a tablespoon measure. With this mold she made 14 small bombs. They Look Great !!

When we make our own DIY Bath Bombs we use and highly recommend this bath bomb mold for making single bath bombs or if you are making multiple bath bombs you may want to check out these silicon multi bath bomb molds and even a bath bomb press if you intend on making hundreds of bath bombs for selling or gifts.
