Silk Sleepy Insomnia Eye Pillow

These pillows can be chilled in the fridge or heated in the microwave depending on your mood. Use them to help during migraine attacks or headaches.

What you need

Silk fabric
Sewing machine

1 1/2 cup Flax seeds or wheat

1/2 tsp of Dried lavender flowers

Instructions

Take the silk and cut out a rectangle 25 cm’s X 50 cms.

Fold in half so that the outside of the fabric is showing. then sewing on the wrong side of the fabric.

Sew into a tube.

Sew one end closed and turn right side out.

Then using the wheat fill the bag. You can also add lavender sprigs to help with migraines and relaxation.

Sew the end closed with a needle and thread.

  1. I use rice as well, and jasmine tea. Smells great. Also, some materials don’t hold up in a microwave, so to ensure it doesn’t catch fire, wrap in a damp paper towel and watch very closely! Usually 15-30 second intervals work best.
