Green Tea Bath Bags

Green Tea Bath Bags

Mix all the ingredients together to come up with a bath bag infused with green tea aromas. Divine!

What you need

1 cup green tea leaves
1/4 cup lavender buds
1/8 cup chamomile flowers
4 tbs dried lemon peel
8 drops Bergamot essential oil
5 drops chamomile essential oil
3 drops green tea fragrance
Tea bags

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

You can make your own tea bag sachets by slicing open a regular tea bag and pouring out the tea leaves and replacing it with your own mix.

Use empty tea bags and fill the bags with 2 tablespoons of the mixture and tie off or fold and staple it closed.

Place 2 tea bags into a bath of warm water to enjoy this uplifting detoxing soak.

  1. What are the benefits of using these? Besides smelling awesome 😀

  3. CraftBits (Shellie Wilson) says

Green tea leaves are available in the supermarket, if they dont have loose tea then open up some tea bags. Chamomile flowers are obtainable from health food store, alternatively use Chamomile tea leaves. Lavender buds can also be bought from craft stores.

  4. so…the green tea is easy, but is the chamomile flower and lavender buds seriously at most health food stores? any more suggestions on where to get those ingredients?
