Do you feet ache and hurt a lot? Then use this natural recipe to create a foot mask.
What you need
2 tbs of Crushed mint leaves.
1 tbs of Moisturiser (any brand)
1 tbs of Honey
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and chill. Once cold use a fork to beat up the mixture till it is light and fluffy.
Cover your feet in the mix and let sit for 20 minutes.
You can place your feet into a plastic bag or cling wrap so that you don’t make a mess and as a bonus the plastic will help moisturise your skin deeper.
Wipe excess off with a dry cloth.
