You can make your own Dettol bar soap using this simple to follow melt and pour soap making recipe. This recipe shows you how to make your own hand soap with antibacterial properties and if you are like me and love the smell of Dettol then you are REALLY going to love this soap.

Remember to wash your hands and stay safe.

What you need

2 cups of melt and pour soap base
5 tbs of undiluted Dettol

Instructions

With the sudden increase in concern with coronavirus and flu we thought it was important to remind everyone the basics of staying safe. Yes! the basics of washing your hands. So we are highlighting this old recipe we wrote a few years ago.

Follow the process described in the  Melt and pour soap tutorial. Using a Melt and Pour Soap base.

Make sure you do not use this soap on open wounds or it will sting.

Add the Dettol after removing from the heat and then pour into the soap mold.
