Apple cider vinegar
To make a herbal vinegar fill a jar with chopped fresh herbs or half fill the jar with dry herbs.
Pour enough apple cider vinegar to fill the jar and then secure the lid.
Leave the jar in a warm stable environment for 2 weeks and shake the bottle twice a day to mix it.
Strain the vinegar and bottle it. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
