Honey & Ginger Foot Bath

For a foot soak that will promote circulation, clear up any head colds and fix your winter chills use this recipe!

What you need

2 tsp of Ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger
1/4- 1/2 cup of Honey

Instructions

Add the ginger and honey to a bowl of hot water.

Soak for 20-30 minutes to relieve cold and flu symptoms.
