Instructions

Instructions

Step 1: Cut the Roll

Take a toilet paper roll and cut it down to about three-quarters of its original height. This gives your ghost a cute, squat shape.

Step 2: Shape the Top

On one end of the roll, round out the edges to form the top of your ghost’s head. Gently pinch and curve the cardboard as you cut so it looks nice and rounded.

Step 3: Scallop the Bottom

On the opposite end, cut small scallops or waves into the cardboard. This creates the illusion of a floaty ghost sheet.

Step 4: Close the Top

Pinch the rounded top edges together and secure with glue. Hold in place until it sets. This step gives your ghost that finished dome-like head.

Step 5: Paint

Paint the entire ghost with white paint. You might need two coats for full coverage. Let dry completely.

Step 6: Add a Face

Use a fine-tip black marker or paint pen to draw your ghost’s expression. You can make them smiling, surprised, sleepy—each one can have its own little personality.

Step 7: Finishing Touches

For extra cuteness, dust a little pink or orange blush on the cheeks with your fingertip or a soft brush.
