What you need
2 Tennis Balls
Large sports sock
Instructions
Take the sports sock and place two tennis balls into the sock and tie the top of the sock up with either a elastic band/hair band or a knot.
You can also use squash balls for this one too.
To use have someone rub it over your back, legs etc or lay on top of it on the floor and roll yourself back and forth.
Don’t laugh – my massage therapist gives out tennis balls to all of his clients so they can use them to self-massage. You can lie down on top of the ball or use it standing against a wall. It works great.
Seriously, all you do is put tennis balls in a sock. Anyone could do this. You don’t need instructions
This Is cool, I think i might do it because i go through my socks like CRAZY. For some reason I have really hard heels i guess. I will recycle my socks!
And have a massager!
there is a lot of science around this. Google trigger point therapy. Not just frugal sportsmen use it either, it works just as well for professionals
