with body color make 2:
ch11, 6sc in 2nd ch frm hook, sc across rem chs, finish off, leaving a long end for sewing to body
legs
with body color make 2:
ch 16, 6sc in 2nd ch frm hook, sc across rem chs, finish off, leaving a long end for sewing to body
Assembly:
attach legs and arms to each side of body.
hair (great for using up your scrap yarn here):
it’s almost like making a small wig:
take yarn, and cut several strips about 15″ long, I mean, alot of strips, like at least 50 or 60.
lay them flat together and take 1 strip of yarn, place it in the center and tie into a tight knot, this will be the crown or the center of her hair. Place this on the top of her head, sew it in place and attach ribbon if you want.
You can be creative, make a braid, attach ribbons, clips..etc.
For the face, either embroider eyes using yarn to the center of her face or glue wiggly eyes. embroider a mouth and nose.
Enjoy 🙂
