Dollar Tree – Wood Block Rustic Christmas Trees

This Dollar tree craft shows you how to take Jenga stacking tower blocks and turn them into fun festive Christmas tree decorations.

What you need

10 Jenga wood  blocks

Hot glue or E6000 glue 

chalk paint or Acrylic paints

Twine

Plastic snowflakes or other embellishments

Mini Christmas wreaths or stars for the top

To create these mini Christmas trees all you need are some basic supplies from the Dollar Tree store or a similar discount store.

Start by gluing your pieces into a tree shape, you can see from the image how the layout should be, you can even make some taller Christmas trees using more wood blocks.

These trees have been painted with chalk paint and then dry brushed with white and brown for a rustic finish, You can paint your wood block Christmas trees a solid color for a different style tree.

These trees have been finished off by gluing some twine into place and adding embelishments. These Block trees would make a great craft for a large group or adults of kids, kids could use stickers or drawings to draw on baubles and decorations.
