What you need
Large Plastic cups
Hot Glue Gun/ glue sticks
Red satin ribbon
Instructions
Begin by applying a line of hot glue along the upper edge of the plastic cup, and firmly press the nautical rope onto it. Continue this process around the plastic cup until you reach the uppermost point. If you happen to run out of nautical rope, simply attach a new piece where you previously left off.
When you reach the bottom (even though it’s the bottom of the cup, it appears as the top part in the picture since I worked with the cup flipped over), apply hot glue to the flat section at the base of the cup. Then, wrap the rope around the middle section and press it firmly. Leave approximately 12 inches of the nautical rope as an extension to allow it to hang
Repeat this for the second bell. You could make a third also!
Next, I cut two pieces of ribbon, each measuring approximately 6 inches in length, and created a simple bow.
Attach the bow to the bell by applying a small dab of hot glue and pressing it on top.
If you have boxwood, you can easily pull off a few small pieces without the need for wire cutters. Apply hot glue to the ends of the boxwood and press them beneath the bow.
To create a hanger, tie the two end pieces of the nautical rope together in a simple knot.
I love this.Beatiful work. But where do you get the bells?
