Christmas Decoration Stars made with Paper Bags

Decorate the walls with these stars this Christmas to create a unique ornament for your home. All that is required is some craft paper bags, scissors and glue. It cannot get any easier than that!

What you need

Material needed:
1. Craft paper
2. Craft glue,
3. Scissors

Instructions

You can make your own paper bags from colored craft papers or you can buy them from Amazon or any local craft store. Use 3-5 different colored bags for each star. You will need at least 7 bags to complete one star. But you can use more bags if you want to.

Take any one paper bag and fold its flat bottom to any one side. Apply glue like an upside down ‘T’ pattern on the bag. ‘T’s upper straight part should be on the folded flat bottom. Take another piece of paper bag and place it on the glued bag similarly. Keep gluing paper bags one on the top of the other one. Once you’ve glued enough bags you can stop adding bags.

Cut the open ends of the glued bags into a pointy pattern.

Now start to open the fold from the outer edge and glue both open ends together to form the star.

Attach a string with the star and hang it for decoration.
