Vegetable Stamp Painting

This project shows you how to make painting stamps using vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, turnips and other hard surface vegetables.

What you need

Vegetables
sharp knife
poster paints
paper plates

Instructions

You can use a pen to allow the child to first draw their design.

Have an adult cut out the potato shapes using  a sharp knife.

Dry the vegetables with paper towel and then dip into the paint

Stamp your paper and have fun!
