St Patrick’s Day Pot Of Gold Favor

This St Patrick's day craft is lots of fun and has many St Paddy's day ideas. It is a quick craft for kids as well as a great party favor, table center piece, table decoration or fete fundraiser.

What you need

21/2 inch clay pot
acrylic paint
chenille stems in rainbow colors
chocolate wrapped in gold foil
green ribbon
white glue
scotch tape

Instructions

Step 1: Paint shamrocks on the clay pot.

Step 2: Tie a length of green ribbon around the rim of the pot.

Step 3: Arrange red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple chenille stems and bend into a rainbow. Use small dots of white glue to hold the stems together.

Step 4: A few small pieces of scotch tape can be used on the backside of the rainbow to hold stems together while glue dries.

Step 5: Place one end of the rainbow into the pot before filling with candy.
