Make up –
Draw up the. Cast on stitches (this is the base) and bring the two sides together, this will be the back seam.

Leave a gap for filling.

Now you can fill with wadding. Approximately judge where you want your head to begin and run a small running stitch which you can draw up slightly.

To make up cut out your pieces from the felt. And stitch into place.
