Assembly & Embroidery

  • Turn the work inside out on the needles and weave in any loose ends.

  • With black yarn, stitch two simple eyes.

  • Use red embroidery floss to add a smiling mouth.

  • Stuff the candy corn firmly with fiberfill.

Closing the Base

  1. Row 1: [K2tog, K3] repeat (32 sts).

  2. Row 2: Knit.

  3. Row 3: [K2tog, K2] repeat (24 sts).

  4. Row 4: Knit.

  5. Row 5: [K2tog, K1] repeat (16 sts).

  6. Row 6: Knit.

  7. Row 7: [K2tog] around (8 sts).

Add more stuffing if needed before pulling the bottom closed.

  • Cut yarn, leaving a 6″ tail. Thread it through the last 8 stitches, remove from the needles, and pull tight.

  • Knot securely, then run the yarn tail up through the center of the candy corn and out the top. Snip the end so it disappears inside.

Finished Size

Each candy corn measures about 3–4 inches tall, depending on your gauge and stuffing.

Make a whole bowlful for Halloween décor—or tuck one into a treat bag for a sweet handmade surprise!
