To create this item you need to begin by spray painting the plastic shovel with the black paint, You can add a brown for the handle if you wish, I love the Krylon paint range for this as the coverage is amazing.
Once you have spray painted the front and back of your shovel, you need to embellish it. This one is embellished with ribbons and sunflowers.
