Start by mixing all the ingredients together to create an intensive treatment. This recipe is best used when applied during a deep massage. Here is why the oils are so good for your skin!
Juniper is a diuretic and promotes good circulation.
Rosemary is good for cleansing your lymphatic system and helping with water retention.
Cyprus is also great for circulation.
Grapefruit essential oil is perfect for relieving fluid retention and flushing toxins from your skin.
Witch hazel is for helping refine and tighten your skin.

I love the aroma of all the oils but impossible to get it all mixed together because of the witch hazel. My solution was to emulsify it and it works like a charm!! Thanks!!
Sounds good, where do you find these oil,I use coconut oil but the rest I have no idea. Thanks Sheila
I go to amazon.com. You can buy most of the oils fairly cheap.
What kind of witch hazel did you use? Liquid or powdered.
Thanks
Most of us have the liquid type at home…but I do believe that the powder would lend a full bodied texture
Love the combination of oils..the properties listed in the oils in this recipe are found to have those desired effects when using quality therapeutic oils that have not been diluted and tested for purity prior to adding to the recipe…what a fantastic way to hydrate and improve circulation !
