Crystal Gemstone Love Dreamcatcher

This Valentine's tutorial shows you how to make a Love Dreamcatcher using healing Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstones.

What you need

1 metal hoop or coat hanger
lace fabric
craft glue
pink and white felt
Neon pink embroidery thread or similar
Feathers
Silver beads
Rose Quartz Crystal chips
Pink Ribbon

Instructions

Rose quartz is a Gemstone crystal that helps the love chakra. Want to know more? Check out this article about Rose Quartz and why we use it in this project.

Start by covering your hoop with the lace fabric. We did this by running craft glue around the edge and tucking the fabric into place.

Next take your neon thread and tie three strands to the bottom of the hoop. At this stage we glued our Ribbon loop (for hanging) into place also.

Next thread your beads and feather into the cord/thread and secure with glue.

Cut out two contrasting hearts from felt and stitch them together using the thread. You could also just glue them into place if sewing is not your thing.

The rose quartz chips are then glued around the edge of the dreamcatcher. I finished ours off with some crystals in the middle of the hearts also but that is totally optional.
