Stitch the top of the shell together using embroidery thread and using blanket stitch as shown to form the patchwork shell.

Cut your sheet wadding the same size as the top of your shell and pin into place.

Cut out and stitch the legs, tail and head together. Stuff with Toy Filling or Wadding   and sew into place on the top shell.

Cut your bottom shell and sew to the top shell, leaving a gap for stuffing.

Fill with toy filling until desired plumpness and sew it closed.

You can also complete this project with a sewing machine if you like.

Embroider the eyes and mouth onto the head to complete.
