Mocha Rum Ball Mix

What you need

Approx. Quart size jar/ 1.1 Litre Wide mouthed Jar
Recipe ingredients as shown below
Card for making tags
Ribbon
Zip Lock Bags

Instructions

Follow the instructions for basic recipes in a jar project.

Jar Ingredients:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 cup finely chopped almonds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee crystals
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Tag Instructions:
Mocha Rum Balls

Place contents of jar into a bowl.

Add 4 to 5 tablespoons rum, espresso, and/or coffee. Form into small balls.

Roll in icing sugar or cocoa powder. Place on a cookie sheet to dry.
