paper, ribbon, ice cream stick

You can also use these as picks to put into flower arrangements and cake toppers.

Step 1. Make heart shape from the colored paper.

Step 2. Cut the hearts.

Step 3. Combine the 3 ice cream sticks with glue.

Step 4. Put on the 3 hearts to the stick.

Step 5. Add ribbon.
