What you need
3 ounces of worsted wt yarn for dress
Small amount of brown or pink for head and arms
Small amount of black for hair
2 wiggly eyes
red yarn or felt for mouth
G and I crochet hook
Instructions
HEAD AND BODY With “G” Hook”
Note: Do not join rnds but mark beg of each round. With brown or pink
Rnd 1: Ch 2, 8 sc in first chain (8 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (16sc)
Rnd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around (24 sc)
Rnd 4 thru 9: Sc in each sc around (24 sc)
Rnd 10: (sc in next sc, dec over next 2 sc) around (16 sc)
Rnd 11: (dec over next 2 sc) around (8 sc)
Rnds 12-13: sc in each sc around (8 sc)
Rnd 14: 2 sc in each sc around (16 sc). Sl st in next sc. Finish off.
Rnd 15: Join dress color in any sc and working in backloops, ch 1, sc in same place, (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around (24 sc)
Rnd 16: Working through both loops, sc in each sc around (24 sc)
Rnds 17 thru 22: Repeat rnd 16. (24 sc) Stuff then repeat rnds 1, 2, and 3 to make a disc. Attach disc to bottom stitching through back loops of body only.
ARMS AND SLEEVES
With brown or pink and “G” hook
Rnd 1: Ch 2, 8 sc in first chain (8 sc)
Rnd 2: Sc in each sc (8sc)
Rnd 3 – 10: Sc in each sc (8sc)
Rnd 11: Attach yellow – Ch 1,. sc in same place twice and 3 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)
Rnds 12-16: Sc in each sc around. Finish off, stuff arm and stuff sleeve lightly and gather to close.
COLLAR
With “G” hook
Rnd 1: In free loop round neck and holding head towards you, join dress color, ch 1, sc in same place (chain 3, sc in next sc) around ending with ch 2, hdc in first sc.
Rnd 2: (Chain 3, sc in next sc) around. Finish off.
SKIRT
With “I” Hook
Rnd 1: Holding doll upside down, attach dress color to any front loop of bodice. Ch 4, dc in same place, (dc in next sc, ch 1, dc in same sc) around. Join to 3rd st of chain 4.
Rnd 2 – 9 or length needed to cover tissue roll. Sl st into ch 1 space of previous round, ch 4, dc in same space, dc in next ch 1 space, ch 1, dc in same space) around. Finish off.
Attach eyes and embroider mouth or cut tiny mouth out of felt. For hair take about 6 to 8 6″ strands of black yarn and tie together in the middle. Then tie tiny bows about 1/2″ from the ends. Glue to top and sides of head.

I agree with you Dianna…this is not hateful..I made these toilet tissue covers with different faces for myself family & friends..white, asian, brown & black..your guest of June 2013 should get into the 21st century herself, BTW..I made 3 of these for my african/american neighbors & they Loved them. from Pocohontas
