Assembly
Draw one larger circle on your yellow felt and three smaller circles on your white felt and cut out.
I used the bottom of a bug spray can to trace the Pacman circle and a small bolt for the smaller circles.
Cut out a triangle mouth for Pacman, and use a hot glue gun to secure a small googly eye.
Use the hot glue gun to secure Pacman and the white circles to the sleeve.
NOTE: I created this sleeve to go over my iPhone’s Incipio protective case. It will be too large to fit snugly on the iPhone by itself.
