Heavy Duty Non Toxic Carpet Cleaner

This natural Carpet cleaner paste is heavy duty for the biggest of stains. Make the paste and rub it deep into the carpet then allow it to dry. This recipe is great for removing pet stains too.

What you need

1/4 cup of salt
1/4 cup of borax
1/4 cup of vinegar

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the ingredients into a thick paste.

Step 2: Rub the paste deep into the carpet.

Step 3: Leave the cleaning paste to sit and soak for a few hours.

Step 4: Once dried, vacuum up.

Use a recycled salt container or similar shaker for easy application.

To use: Sprinkle cornstarch onto the stain and allow to sit for 30 mins before Vacuuming up

    REGULAR OR COARSE SALT? PLEASE LET ME KNOW I REALLY WANT TO TRY THIS RECIPE. HAS ANYONE TRIED IT ON WOOL CARPET???

    IF it works, and I am HIGHLY doubtful that it will, It would be a blessing!! We have large stains on our bedroom carpeting from our pets. WE have had the carpeting professionally cleaned, cleaned them by hand and cleaned them ourselves with a machine. The stains keep reappearing!! I’m ready to get rid of the carpeting all together!!
