Instructions
Need a Halloween craft that is quick, inexpensive and cute enough to hand out as a party favor? These DIY ghost lollipops are one of those classic Halloween ideas that takes only a few minutes to make but looks fantastic when you create a whole spooky group.
Each ghost is made by wrapping a lollipop in white tissue paper, securing it underneath with yarn, ribbon or a chenille stem, and drawing on a simple ghost face. Kids can make surprised ghosts, happy ghosts, silly ghosts or spooky ghosts, so no two need to look exactly alike.
They are perfect for Halloween classroom parties, preschool activities, trick-or-treat favors, Halloween baskets and party table decorations. Make just a handful or create an entire ghostly bouquet like the one shown here.
Take 1 tissue, wrap around sucker.

Cut 3-inch piece of yarn and tie around sucker.
Use a marker to make dots for the eyes!
All done!
