What you need
White acrylic paint
Glitter
Sand
Instructions
Mix small amounts of the above ingredients.
This will make a thick long lasting glittering snow.
Use it whilst it is still wet.
Store in an airtight container for later use.
Simple!

Is there a way to not use sand? *is in the middle of winter and a town no where near the beach*
How can the glitter sparkle if it is mixed in with white paint? The glitter would be painted white!
Because Not all the glitter is covered. Try it and see.
