Instructions
Welcome to our DIY craft tutorial on creating a stunning country-themed wreath using supplies from the Dollar Tree. This wreath is perfect for adding a rustic touch to your front door or mantle, and it is sure to impress your guests.
To begin this project, you will need a bicycle wheel wreath form, which can be found at the Dollar Tree. This wreath form serves as the base for your creation, and it provides a sturdy foundation for your decorations.
Next, you will need a flower market sign, also available at the Dollar Tree. This sign adds a charming touch to the wreath and gives it a farmer’s market feel. The sign can be hung from the wreath or glued to the wreath, depending on your preference.
For the flowers, we will be using a sunflower bunch, a lavender bunch and some lambs ear flowers. You can find these flowers at the Dollar Tree or any craft store. These flowers add a beautiful pop of color and texture to the wreath and give it a rustic, country feel.
To assemble the wreath, you will need a hot glue gun and glue sticks. Start by gluing the flower market sign to the wreath form, and then begin to add the flowers. You can arrange the flowers in any pattern you like, but we recommend starting with the sunflowers and then filling in with the lavender and lambs ear flowers.
Finally, you can add a tan and white bow to the top of the wreath for a finishing touch. If you don’t have the bow, you can make one by using some ribbon and a bow maker.
This Dollar Tree Country Farmers Market Wreath is a great way to add a rustic touch to your home without breaking the bank. With a little bit of creativity and some basic supplies, you can create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind wreath that is sure to impress.
Start but pulling off the ribbon that is used to hang the fresh flower market sign, if you can’t find this exact same sign, look for something rustic that suits a farmhouse style or consider writing your own.
You will use that ribbon to tie together the sunflower, lavender, and lamb’s ear flowers
Next add some hot glue to areas where the flowers will come in contact with the wheel wreath form
Next add a bunch of glue to the center of the wheel form as that is where part of the flower market sign will go and add some glue to the outer ring of the wreath.
Next using the twist tie that is on the bow, tie is around the wheel wreath form and the flower bunch you created to secure it into place!
