Instructions
Ch 60
Row 1: 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, *skip 2 chs, 1 sc and 2dc in next ch; repeat from *, ending skip 2sc, 1sc in last ch. Ch2, turn.
Row 2-40: 2dc in first sc, *skip 2 dc, 1 sc and 2 dc in next sc; repeat from *, ending 1 sc in top of turning ch. Ch2, turn.
(at end of row 40, ch1, turn..)
Edging
Rnd 1: Sc evenly around working 3sc in each corner. Join to beginning sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, DO NOT TURN. 1 sc and 2 dc in same sp. skip next 2 sts, *(sc, 2dc) in next st, skip next 2 sts. Repeat from * around. Join. Fasten off. Weave in loose ends.

It has use. I had a preemie ( she survived and is now 4)
Thye cannot regulate their body temp, and must be extremely bundled for the parents to get any precious holding time.
