What you need

This makes around 4 to 6 ounces

Ingredients
¼ cup chamomile flowers
¼ cup lavender flowers
¼ cup marshmallow root
1 cup carrier oil
Glass dropper bottle

Instructions

Begin by adding all the herbs to a clean mason jar.

Fill the jar with enough carrier oil to completely cover the herbs. To prevent direct contact between the metal lid and the herbs, place a piece of parchment paper over the jar opening before sealing it.

Store the jar in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 6 weeks, ensuring to shake it gently every few days to facilitate the infusion process.

After the infusion period, strain the oil mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the herbs.

Transfer the infused oil into a clean glass dropper bottle for convenient use.

Notes:

Feel free to incorporate essential oils according to your preference for added fragrance or therapeutic benefits.

Various carrier oils, such as avocado oil, coconut oil, or jojoba oil, can be used in this recipe based on personal preference and skin type.
