Add the mica powder to the sea salt and stir until the color is evenly blended.
Line 8 of the bottles upright.
Pour the colored sea salt into a spouted measuring cup, then pour evenly into the bottom of each bottle.
Rinse and dry the measuring cup, then pour the powdered milk into it. Pour powdered milk evenly into each bottle, on top of the sea salt.
Add lavender flowers to each bottle, on top of the powdered milk.
Finish your bottles with the lid and a little ribbon or tag attached.
