What you need
Instructions
Start by taking your herbal chamomile tea bags and cutting off the top.
Being careful not to tear the tea bag.
Tip the chamomile tea leaves into a bowl and add 1 tsp of dried lavender. Mix the chamomile and lavender together.
Using a teaspoon add the mix back into the teabag.
Close off the top of the tea bag by folding it over. Add a small amount of glue to secure, a staple or add a string or ribbon around the top and pulling tight.
If your tea bag has a label on a string, cut it off and using some cardboard to create your own unique tea Label.
To use:
Place 1 tea bag into running hot water.
i love the bath JELLY recipies! fun to make fun to use lol. try it!
I use peppermint tea in the bath when Im sick. =)
Its ok but theres not really much point in it…
what great ideas this site has cant wait to get started
Nice! That’s a cool idea! I’m going to try it for sure!
I like this idea alot and it works. I have done this before but instead of taking tea bag apart, I put 5 drops of lavender oil onto the bag. And you can take off the label turn it on the other side and decorate it and staple it back onto the bag’s string.
it really is great. the only problem os that way we cant drink the tea!!! π
If you don’t use the tea bags then this wouldnt be a Bath Tea Bag Project.
Do we have to put it in the bags, What if we put it into a jar and just scoop some out?
Can we put someting other than the lavender?
it was fun but not fabulous.
I love the idea. It would be good for a spa day soak.
Nice idea I will most likly try it!!! Thanks
What a wonderful idea. Will go great with the other bath and body ideas from this site in my home made gift baskets for the family Christmas presents.
simpe and easy to do π will definitly go into my list π thank you for sharing
Sounds like something I definitely will be trying. Is it 1 tsp.of lavender to EACH teabag when mixing?

Add chammomile leaves, Peppermint leaves or green tea leaves. Though the scent will not be very strong.
Do you have any other ideas on what else to add in bag besides lavender?
