Farmhouse Coffee Cup Kitchen Storage Basket

This farmhouse-style coffee cup was made using Dollar Tree supplies but you can adapt it to use supplies from your own local discount supplier.

Start by creating the saucer, this is done by wrapping a small wreath wire form with jute rope, you could also use a metal tray or a large charger plate.

The basket has been adorned with more rustic rope by gluing a length of it around the top of the basket.

A handle for this giant cup was made by securing the rop into a c shape. You could also use some wire hangers to strengthen the handle if your rope is not holding its shape. Simply thread the wire through the rope and cut it to size. Secure to the cup with glue.

Secure the cup to the saucer using glue and you are all finished.

This Giant cup would be perfect for using as a gift basket for Coffee or tea hampers. You could also use these Giant cups for High tea party decorations.
