Pop Up Flower Card

Pop Up Flower Card

DIY POP UP CARD, bouquet of flowers, all occasion greeting card, art teacher card, everyday card made simple.
This is a technique that can be confusing, but I have made the process of attaching the components as simple as possible. By arranging the sections on your work surface first, you will then be able to follow the easy assembly for a successful pop-up bouquet of flowers.

What you need

1 sheet card stock
2 sheets printer paper
scissors
glue
permanent marker

Instructions

  1.  Fold a sheet of printer paper into 4, cut out, repeat to make 8 pieces of paper.
  2.  Follow these instructions using 7 sheets, to make 7 flowers.Fold one of the sheets in half, in half again, and then diagonally in half.
The gluing sequence if VERY IMPORTANT, follow the sequence shown in the video.
  3. Cut one segment out of each flower, if desired draw details on each petal, overlap the  2 end petals to form a cup shape.
  4. All 7 of these flowers need to be glued together, the gluing sequence if VERY IMPORTANT, follow the sequence shown in the video:
  5. Glue the bouquet of flowers on the inside of a folded sheet of card stock.
