Lavender Sleepy Time Bath Dust

Sprinkle this lavender dust into a warm bath for a luxurious soak.

What you need

1/2 cup of Baking soda
1/4 Cup of Epsom salts
1/2 tsp of Lavender Fragrant oil
1/2 tsp of Dried lavender flowers

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and using a blender blend the ingredients till it crushes down into a fine powder.

Store in a jar or decorate a salt shaker and store it in there making it ready to use.

Make sure the powder remains dry or it will clog up and you wont be able to sprinkle it into your bath.

  3. The shaker is just a salt shaker that is cleaned out i believe…if it is not aa cleaned out salt shaker would look perfect!

    Use your judgement based on how strong a smell or salt bath you would like. Personally I would use 1/8 of a cup
