Homemade Fake Blood

Halloween is a time for dress ups and creative decorations and this homemade blood recipe will be a great hit!

What you need

1/2 bottle of light corn syrup
Hot water
Liquid soap
Red food coloring

Instructions

Place the corn syrup into a bowl and mix in some hot water.

Add a small amount at a time until your have a nice consistency (not too runny, not too lumpy).

Add a few drops of liquid soap which will help with the clean up later and keep the blood moist on the skin.

Stir through the red food coloring.

You can darken it will a little green or blue if required.

Store in a fridge and just apply to the skin where needed!

    This washes out of clothes and cornsyrup is used to thicken it like blood.
