Workshop Soap using Borax and Pumice

This soap is ideal for hands-on working men and women, great for gifts.

What you need

1 cup of Borax
1 cup of Grated soap or melt and pour base
2 tsp Turpentine
1 tsp of Orange essential oil

Optional extra 2 tbs of pumice powder

Instructions

Read this project to learn how to make basic soap using Melt and Pour Soap base. 

Mix the turpentine, essential oil , pumice and borax together until your mix has no lumps, then using you hands work it into the grated soap.

Store these soap flakes in a large container that’s easy to open with messy hands or melt them down to create a soap block, by pouring the melted soap into a soap mold or container.

You may want to keep a large spoon inside also to help scoop out some flakes into the hands.
