What you need1.8 oz (50g) Peppermint
1.8 oz (50g) Rosemary
1.8 oz (50g) Eucalyptus leaves
Peel from 2 Lemons
1 tbs black pepper.
14 oz (400g) Sea salt
10 oz (300 mls) olive oil
Place the herbs into pan with olive oil place a lid on top and heat gently for 2-3 mins.
Strain through muslin and add the sea salt and olive oil.
Combine before pouring into an air-tight container.
