Mineral Mud Bath Recipe

This mineral mud bath will leave your skin replenished and your body and mind rejuvenated.

Mineral Mud Bath Recipe

What you need

4 drops sandalwood oil
1 tbs of carrier oil
4 tbs of natural clay powder
1 cup ground oats
1/2 cup avocado oil
1 tbs of powdered kelp



Instructions

Simply mix all the ingredients together and then pour them into a bath of warm water.

Soak for 15-20 mins then rinse your body off before patting yourself dry with a clean towel.

This mix will last up to 7 days in the fridge but the oats become soggy and exfoliation isn’t as effective.

If you don’t want to use this in a bath method, rub the mix all over your body whilst in a hot shower and then rinse well.
