A knitting pattern to make a face cloth with the letters LOVE on them.

What you need

Size 7 Knitting needles
100% cotton yarn

Instructions

Cast on 36 stitches with Cotton Yarn

1-4: knit across
5: k3, p30, k3
6: and all remaining even numbered
rows; knit across
7-8: repeat rows 5 & 6
9: k3, p9, k1, p8, k7, p5, k3
11: k3, p9, k1, p8, k7, p5, k3
13: k3, p8, k,3, p7, k3, p2., k2, p5, k3
15: k3, p8, k3, p7, k3, p9, k3
17: k3, p7, k5, p6, k3, p9, k3
19: k3, p7, k2, p1, k2, p6, k5, p7, k3
21: k3, p6, k3, p1, k3, p5, k5, p7, k3
23: k3, p6, k3, p1, k3, p5, k3, p9, k3
25: k3, p6, k2, p3, k2, p5, k3, p2, k2,
p5, k3

  1. could this work as a dish cloth…or would you be able to recommend how to turn it into pattern for dish cloth (different ga. needles/ different yarn?)

    this is an AWSOME pattern i would DEFinatly recomend it. the pattern is VERY easy to follow

  6. i loved this i made it in like 2 hours so it is very easy. the pattern is very easy to follow (i wish they all were) i would DEF recomend this to any knitter especially new comers. 🙂
