Herbal Breath Spray Tincture

What you need

5 chopped eucalyptus leaves
10 tbs of mint
10 tbs thyme
Vodka
Peel off 1 lemon
3 tsp of dried whole cloves
3 tsp of dried aniseed
blender
4 tbs of Glycerin
Clean airtight jar

Instructions

This recipes creates a tincture that needs to rest for 1 month before use.

Start by removing the leaves off your herb sprigs.  Chop them finely and place all the herbs into a blender.

Add 200 mls of vodka, the peel of 1 lemon and 3 tsp dried whole cloves and 3 tsp of dried aniseed. Mix until you have a smooth green slurry.

Spoon the mixture into a air tight sterilized jar and leave space for a layer of vodka to seal the top of the slurry.

Keep in a cool dry place. The longer you leave it the stronger it will be so have patience and wait the 1 month.

Strain the mixture through a cloth to remove any leaves.

Add 4 tbs of glycerin (found at chemists) to thicken the liquid.

Pour into a empty pump spray bottle to use as a breath freshener.

Spray 1-2 times into your mouth.

This does contain alcohol but you are only receiving 1-2 ml per spray.
