Herbal Bath Soak – Muscle Relief

This wonderful herbal soak is ideal for repairing tired and aching muscles.

Herbal Bath Soak – Muscle Relief

What you need

1 Cup Chamomile leaves
12 Crushed Bay Leaves
1/4 Cup Rose Petals
1/4 Cup Sage
1/4 Cup Rosemary
1/4 Cup Oregano



Instructions

Place all the herbs into the bath tub and swill around the water. Alternatively you can wrap the herbs in a square of muslin fabric tied with some cord. Then drop the herb filled bundle directly into the water.

Soak in the bath for around 15 mins.

This mix also makes a wonderful gift, wrapped up in a decorative jar or basket.

Makes enough mix for 2-3 strong baths or use it in smaller does for more sensitive noses.

    This is a great idea. You could also use a coffee filter and tie it off with a ribbon or small piece of string.

  5. Nice recipe– also try using an old stocking with a tie on top to hold all of the herbs in place like a huge teabag of sorts and ..these could also be given out as presents if instead you use fancy ribbon and netting …
