Green tea leaves are available in the supermarket, if they dont have loose tea then open up some tea bags. Chamomile flowers are obtainable from health food store, alternatively use Chamomile tea leaves. Lavender buds can also be bought from craft stores.

You can get the supplies from health food stores and your local supermarket for the tea’s. Do not use potpourri it is not even close to being a substitute.
